    Subject : EMPLOYEES TO CUT ENERGY USE

    This memo serves as a notification to all employees to save energy (electricity) in the workplace, and
    employees are asked to follow the following steps to minimize energy consumption.

    1. The staff must ensure that all electrical appliances lights, fans, coolers, air-conditioners, kettles,
    etc. are put off when not in use or when the rooms are vacated. At 6 p.m. sharp, the men on duty
    have been instructed to switch off all the mains to prevent any electrical system from going waste
    during night hours.

    2. Kindly ensure water is not left flowing from taps once they have been used. Likewise the water
    mains will also be closed at 6 p.m.

    Kindly co-operate with the staff on duty in the discharge of these instructions. This issues w.e.f. today.
