Make an illustrated map that describes your local community. Include in your map photos

symbols to show the relationships between the people in your community. Write a five-
sentence paragraph as explanation of your work.

Write your own definition of the word “community” using 15 words or less. Exchange
your work with a classmate and see who has the most concise and encompassing definition.
