wire arching, no part damage and proper installation.

Damage threat impact fitting APU Manual S/D is sealed & UP 22


in place NGS is operable ( green / blue )

For general view can be shoot from each under wing tip.

Aft cargo inspection is the same with fwd cargo inspection.

Door close & flush Negative & Pressure Relief Valves, also Out
Flow Valve are good condition

APU Inlet Door is Horstab Sliding Seals are good condition


open & good condition

L/E & Horstab surface no damage, no screw / panel missing,


static discharges no missing/damage, elevator good
condition.

Check tail skid warning decal, water heated drain mast,


rudder and static discharges for good condition.

Check water & lavatory panel, VHF 2 Antene and APU


Shroud – hydraulic drain mast for good condition.

VI. CABIN INSPECTION

Check Escape slide for proper installed, pressure indicator


GREEN, Sticker validation is valid.

Check cabin comm, attendant seat and cabin lighting.

Check CML for last maintenance status and HIL status.

Check Emergency exit windows and check engine and


upper wing surface from emergency exit windows.

VI. CABIN INSPECTION (cont’)

Check cabin area for cleanness and no damage part.


Check Emergency Lights from aft attendant panel switch.

Check emergency equipment e.g. : Doctor kit, 1st aid kit,


megaphone, portable O2 bottles, PBE, fire extinguisher,
Life raft (see LOPA for detail)

Check servicing of potable water and lavatory.


OPC Vacuum Closet , wash basin and lighting.

VII. FINAL INSPECTION

Bypass Valve Pin installed, Tow Bar attached, Pushback


Car ready and standby position.

Wheel Chokes
removed

Check all doors


close and flush

Monitor air stair car move back.


Declare ground CLEAR for Push Back.
Aircraft Push Back.
(While push back process, monitor Engine Run for hydraulic
/ fuel leakage, keep communicate to PIC)

VIII. FINAL CHECK

Push Back completed, Tow Bar removed, Bypass Valve


Pin removed, Push Back Car move back.
If Engine stabilized, Aircraft ready for TAXY, remove all
ground equipment, close Head Set Receptacle Panel.

Declare ground safe for Taxi, give sign OK to PIC and


Farewell. (While farewell, monitor aircraft movement,
doors, panels until declare that aircraft continue to flight).
