Port and Freezone Sohar Multimedia

Presentation
Port of Sohar one of the region’s biggest and
fastest growing ports approached Paragon
for its expertise in innovative multimedia
services to create its very own corporate
interactive presentations. The presentations
were intended to be presented to the upper
management and partners of the Port of
Sohar. Through innovative thinking and
diligence Paragon created modern, state
of the art presentations that reflected the
corporate vision of Port of Sohar.

The presentations were also the beginning

of a mutually beneficial relationship between
Paragon and Port of Sohar and look out
for this space to find out more about the
upcoming projects.

Hanhum Restaurant Opening, Identity,

Collaterals
We are proud to introduce to you the first of its
kind contemporary Kuwaiti cuisine restaurant
launched recently at Al Hamra in Kuwait City.
Paragon took care of the entire branding
of this modern interpretation of traditional
Kuwaiti cuisine. Starting from the logo design
all the way to designing a comprehensive set
of identity collaterals such as delivery menu,
wall menu boards, packaging system, table
mats, delivery van graphics, staff uniforms
etc. Once the visual identity was ready we
started sharing it with the Kuwaiti public. We
developed Hanhum official Facebook Page
to connect and stay close to the customers,
a corresponding online campaign that
successfully brought traffic to the page and in
general raised the awareness. Yet, Paragon’s Logo Collaterals
digital support did not end there, we also
developed Hanhum website, customized video
presentation which runs at the location and
created logo animation spot.

The designs reflect the contemporary feel of

the restaurant’s interiors and if design could
speak for itself it was a complete joy ride
working on the project. Inspirations were taken
from Kuwaiti culture’s traditional elements
with a modern twist to them went down really
well with the audiences and the restaurant is
already a hit. After the successful launch of the
restaurant the entire team was treated to the
cuisine and believe us the sandwiches are to
die for. We strongly suggest you get down to
Al Hamra and try out for yourselves.

Arirang Restaurant, Kuwait

Opening, Identity
Chinese food is abundantly available
in Kuwait and so are Thai and other oriental
cuisines, so when Swiss Belhotel Plaza Kuwait
informed us that they would be launching a
Korean restaurant the prospect of working for it
was simply mouth watering. Arirang is Korean
cuisine restaurant that provides the authentic
flavor of Korea and an ambience that teleports
you to the side street restaurants of Seoul. The
aromatic spices and the pungent flavors of the
food were a special draw for inspiration and
after a brief tryout we at Paragon knew that this
would be lapped up by the people of Kuwait.
The challenge hence was to create a brand
that reflected the theme of the restaurant at
the same time keep it simple and memorable
for people. It was a task that was enjoyed by
the entire team as we came up with all the
branding collaterals starting from the logo
design, interior branding designs, menu, table
mats etc. To add to the excitement of the
launch of the restaurant a teaser campaign
was launched in the newspapers followed by
a reveal and radio campaigns announcing the
launch, which was attended by his Excellency
the Korean ambassador to Kuwait among
other diplomats and dignitaries. The restaurant
has been a success not just for the innovative
approach towards marketing and packaging it
but the biggest draw has been the exceptional
food that is served at Arirang.

Ahli Bank – The Right Issue Commercial

Paragon Oman recently completed the shoot of
its first television commercial in Oman for one
of the leading banks in the Sultanate of Oman,
Ahli Bank. The TVC was about the Right issue
award that was received by Ahli Bank. Paragon
was elected to produce the TVC after a pitch
process during which time it showcased its
work done across Kuwait and Bulgaria.
The biggest challenge behind creating the TVC
was the short time frame in which it had to be
delivered.

At Paragon we understand certain situations

require quick reactions and believe that the
best way to go about is to think on the feet and
come up with solutions that are effective and
prompt. So in order to meet the short deadline
all of Paragon’s branches were brought on
board to work effectively and promptly. The
pre production of the commercial was done in
Kuwait, while the shooting in Oman after which
the post production was completed and the
commercial finalized at our Bulgarian studios.
Delivering the material on time was the priority
and this was achieved with flying colors as you
can see.

Visit our youtube page to have a look at the TVC.

Abrar Intern Story

This is my last year for a diploma and I should be an intern
to graduate. And I’m an intern in paragon. It’s a good
experiences to have I met amazing people from deferent
Nationalities in the bagging I was the only woman in the
Office but they treated me like I’m there sister.

I worked for a Omani newspaper logo and they helped me to

improve my work and gave me good tips.

The second thing I worked on is the ozone for car serves and
Accessories we should make a posters and the all branding
for it. I have learned many different things and I’m rally happy
for being in there time. and very thankful for what I learned
from each one of the grope.

Nicki Intern Story

Nicholas Al Furei or as we affectionately call him
Nikki made a return to Paragon for yet another
month of internship. For those of you who do not
know about our boy wonder, Nikki was Paragon’s
youngest ever intern when he playfully entered our
offices last year all of 12 years. This year – 13 and
slightly taller Nikki decided instead of spending
his summer vacations at home he would do his
internship with Paragon Kuwait again. Below is
what he had to say about his experience this time
around:

A month in Paragon….
This year in Paragon I have learned many different
things about graphic design, the process of the
creation of a logo, advertisements, the works. I
found the tasks fun to do here… (Don’t worry it
wasn’t boring). I have also learned more about
being independent while thinking up ideas and
trying them out on my own, as well as working as
a team. I have also really enjoyed being in a team
and working together (there were loads of funny
incidents) and learning new things. All in all, what
I’m trying to say here is, guys, that Paragon is
awesome!!!! Thanks for having me… it was one of
the greatest experiences of my life, and I’m sure to
come back next year!!!!
From,
Nik
