Part I
fhis part of the Speaking test lasts for aboui five to six minutes.
There are two phases in ihis part:
Pnase 1, 0ne examiner will introduce himsetf/hersetf and the other examlner. He/She
witt then ask you and the other candidate what your names aTe. He/She witt probabty
atso ask you to spett them.
Phase 2: The examiner wil[ ask you a few questions about your daity tife, your past
experience and future p[ans. For example, he/she may ask you about your home, your
hobbies, your school or job.

Part 2
This part of the Speaking test lasis for about three to four minutes.
The examiner wit[ ask you to tatk about something with the other candidaie. He/She
will give you a carcj with some intcrmation on it. He/She witl give the other candidate
a card with some words on it. The other candidate will use the words on the card
to ask you questions about the information on your card. When you have finished,
the examiner wi[[ give you different cards and you witt change roles. The cards for
candidate A are on page 109. The cards for candidate B are on page 113.

Part 1

This part of the Speaking tesi lasts for about five to six minutes.
There are two phases in this Part:
Phase 1 r 0ne examiner will lntroduce himsetf/hersetf and the other examiner He/She
wil.t then ask you and the other candidate what your names aTe. He/She witl probabty
also ask you to spet[ them.
Phase 2: The examiner witi ask you a few questions about your daity life' your past
experience and future ptans. For examp[e, he/she may ask you about your home, your
hobbies your schoot or lob
