B. Planning.
Method of Assessment Assessment will be based upon listed study requirements and
submissions. By the end of the module students should be able to show
evidence of successful study from all the prescribed elements within the
module and the degree to which they have achieved the learning
outcomes listed above.
Assessment Process & Tasks Assessment will be based upon the successful completion of listed study
requirements and module submissions. Evidence of planning, critical
evaluation and presentation are core required tasks.
Assessment Criteria • 1. Produce sustained and critical engagement with and into a diverse
Learning Outcomes range of experimental sequential moving image techniques in the
creation of a series of own abstract and experimental sequences.
• 2. Provide evidence of the transference and application of your
diagnostic understanding of the principles of animation techniques and
skills into new, dynamic and innovative solutions that will expand your
own visual language.
• 3. Provide evidence of consolidation of competence with editing and
post-production software to enhance your animation and own personal
visual language.
• 4. Thoroughly and critically describe research into experimental moving
imagery techniques that inspire and inform your own practice and
evaluate concepts and techniques applied.
