QUIPPO RIG #2 MAINTENANCE PLAN

Safety Precautions: Make sure the unit is offline (locked and tagged: “Do not operate”) , Do not wear loose clothing when working in the proximity of rotating machinery, Be aware of high pressure and high temperature at all times, Fill

Check the tightness of cross head guide and clearance under permissible limits

Flush all the lubriction lines with compressed air and Change the gear oil
Check the Main drive belt and replace if necessary
Service the accumulator and pre charge @ 750 PSI
Annual Preventive Maintenance Check Pony ROD seal and replace if necessary
Check the condition of all the bearing of Main motors and auxilires and replace if necessary
Wipe off dust dirt oil etc, Clean vent screens and fans
Lubricate bearings with High temperature grease
Check the integrity of all electrical connections , blow out interior with compressed air
Check and test air pressure switch.
Check all the foundation bolts

Open all the inspection covers and check all the bearing

3 Mud Pumps # 2
after Cementing Job.
Check the tightness of cross head guide and clearance under permissible limits

different phases OIL change and cleaning of

Annual Preventive Maintenance Wipe off dust dirt oil etc, Clean vent screens and fans
Lubricate all the bearings with High temperature grease
Check and test air pressure switch.

Check the integrity of all electrical connections , blow out main motor interior with compressed air.
Check the Fast Line anchor for proper gripping
Arrest all the Hydraulic oil leakage
Change the oil seal of both the Hydraulic pumps

All the Maintenance can be done during ILM ,


5 HPU Moreover one new HPU pump with motor (Ex) is
Flush all the hydraulic lines, clean hydraulic tank and change Hydraulic oil under transit and will be fixed onto the same Skid
during ILM once received on site
Annual Preventive Maintenance Clean the suction stainers and discharge stainers
Clean the oil cooler radiator thoroughly
Check and service starters for HPU motor and clean arc chutes with CRC.
Check the IR valur for HPU motors
Check and tighten the foundation bolts
Service ABB drives Test the Both DSU which were received and install one of them/check all the I/O modules To be done by ABB service engineer( SR. 11 )
Check the chopper unit for proper functioning To be done by ABB service engineer ( SR. 11)

Annual Preventive Maintenance


Check all the blowers and clean them throrughly Can be done During ILM

6 Servicing of the A/C Unit of VFD house Can be done During ILM
VFD House/DRILL CONSOL

Check the integrety cables, Connectors and condition of all fuses Can be done During ILM

Inspect the condition of flexible hoses

Inspect and arrest any oil, water or air leaks

As there are three compressors available on site


Verify the condition of air filter, oil seperator and oil filters change as necessary annual servicing can be done during operation also

Check and clean oil coller thoroghly check the moisture drain point for proper functioning installation of New controller card in compressor #
Check and service starters for motor and clean arc chutes with CRC 2

Check and service the air dryer and top up the gas if required.
check the blower motor for proper balance of impeller
check the loading and unloading valve for proper functioning

05-09-2019 Job - cleanning completed TDS with wash gun
06-09-2019 Job - Removed damage SV06 Solenoid valave and fix new solenoid valve, Cleane Air blower filter,
Repaire & clean air blower duct, Checked blower motor air impeller foun ok. General cleaning done.

07-09-2019 Job - Open both side brake shoe pad found damage shoe. So changed both new shoe. Checked encoder
& encoder belt found ok and secure encoder cover, Open pipe handler many fold found O-ring damage so fixed
new O-Ring, Open pipe handler short pin cylinder so found seal & O-Ring has been damage. Replaced O-ring & Seal.
Removed both side stand jump hydraulic cylinder and fix both new cylinder. Checked main motor IR Value is - UG-
1 MΩ, VG- 1MΩ, WG-1MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 2.2Ω, VW-2.2Ω, WU-2.2Ω, Checked air blower motor IR Value is
- UG- 300 MΩ, VG- 350MΩ, WG-300MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 3.2Ω, VW-3.2Ω, WU-3.2Ω, Checked Hydraulic
motor IR Value is - UG- 350 MΩ, VG- 350MΩ, WG-350MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 3.6Ω, VW-3.6Ω, WU-3.6Ω, Check
the tightness of all control wire termination. Checked all solenoid valve resistance is 57Ω and secure cable. For
NDT Inspection SR018

08-09-2019 Job - Checked the tightness of all hyraulic hose & secure. Cleane greassing niple & checked all motor
greassing so no need greassing becouse motor bearing greassing was done before two month. Secure all nut's-
bolt's by wire locking, Checked the IBOP,Stand jump & Main manyfold accumulator pressure found OK. Check
manual IBOP found Ok. Replacing Done of Hydraulic oil. Done the greasing of all points. Inspection of hydraulic
pump found OK.

09-09-2019 Job - Fixed new wash pipe assembly,


11-09-2019 Job - Changed new IBOP actuator crank . Changed Grabber die and done the maintenance of grabber
hub.

10-09-2019 Job - Checked wire tightness all control & power cable of mud pump#1. Checked and clean air blower
pressure switch. Arranged all power & control cable. Cleane Air blower suction filter. Done the greassing of blower,
liner wash & super charger motor. Checked main motor IR Value is - UG- .8 MΩ, VG- .8MΩ, WG-.8MΩ & Coil
resistance is UV- 2.1Ω, VW-2.1Ω, WU-2.1Ω, Checked blower motor IR Value is - UG- 500 MΩ, VG- 460 MΩ, WG-480
MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 3.5 Ω, VW-3.5 Ω, WU-3.5 Ω. Checked super charger motor IR Value is - UG- 800 MΩ,
VG- 850 MΩ, WG-850 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 2.5Ω, VW-2.5Ω, WU-2.5Ω. Checked liner wash motor IR Value is -
UG- 300 MΩ, VG- 350 MΩ, WG-300 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 5.2 Ω, VW-5.2 Ω, WU-5.2 Ω.Checked Lube pump
motor IR Value is - UG- 300 MΩ, VG- 350 MΩ, WG-300 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 5.2 Ω, VW-5.2 Ω, WU-5.2 Ω.
Checked air blower pressure switch found ok.

12-09-2019 Job - Maintenance of mud pump open cover & drain oil, Clean sump in side and cross head side
propperly, meassure all bearing clearance - Cross head Right center & left same= 19 Thou, Pinion shaft drive & non-
drive end= 4 Thou, Main bearing= 5 Thou Both side. Checked Pony rod & road seal found ok. Done the greassing of
all greasing point. Checked the tightness of all foundation bolt found ok.

found all gear teeth OK. Clean oil tank and Changed gear oil. Clean both both stainer, Checked brake shoo bad gap
found 8MM TO 10 MM. Checked DW drum Grooves for proper guage. Clean and paint lube motor and gear box.
Checked the tightness all motor & control connection, Clean air filter for DW main motor and repair air suction filter,
Done the high tempreture greassing of all motor, Checked main motor IR Value is - UG- .8 MΩ, VG- .8MΩ,
WG-.8MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 2.1Ω, VW-2.1Ω, WU-2.1Ω, Checked blower motor IR Value is - UG- 550 MΩ, VG-
550 MΩ, WG-550 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 3.5 Ω, VW-3.5 Ω, WU-3.5 Ω, Checked lube motor IR Value is - UG-
300 MΩ, VG- 300 MΩ, WG-300 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 5.2 Ω, VW-5.2 Ω, WU-5.2 Ω, Checked blower air pressure
switch & ESD lock out switch.
10-09-2019 Job - Clean eaton break cover and fixded it back.
12-09-2019 Job- Checked the tightness of all foundation bolt found ok.
14-09-2019 Job- Checked clearence of draw work's like, drum side bearing- 4 Tho, middel bearing- 4 Tho. Motor
coupling side- 4 Tho. Clutch side bearing - 6 Tho. All bearing clearence found ok.
08-09-2019 Job- Cleaning done by wash gun.
09-09-2019 Job - Checked the tightness of all electrical connection and repair all cable gland.

10-09-2019 Job - Open hydraulic pump found damage seal & sample sent to barmer yard. Removed hydraulic motor
to body and clean rotar & stator winging, Check and tighten the foundation bolts,Checked HPU motor-1 IR Value is -
UG- 250 MΩ, VG- 260 MΩ, WG-300 MΩ & Coil resistance is UV- 1.8 Ω, VW-1.8 Ω, WU-1.8 Ω, Maintenance under
progress. Removed pump-1 and fixed new oil seal. Drain full hydraulic oil and clean suction filter. Make suction filter
gas kit & arrest oil leakage.
12-09-2019 Job - Checked foundation bolttightness found ok.

06-09-2019 Job - Make a roof for VFD Air condition,


07- 09-2019 Job- Repairing done of VFD Door which near by Resistance bank.
08-09-2019 Job - Make arrangment & secure all bus bar by electrical insulated rubber mat. Like both mud pump,
draw work, RT, Camp power, Camp generator and Power bus bar of all three generator.

10/09/2019 Job - Fixed camera LED Display & DVR at designated area in drill consol. Replace Power conector of
HMI-1. Changed red indicator(for braking signal) of TDS VCD panel in drill consol. Done the maintenance of Torque
& RMP meter of TDS VCD panel in drill consol. Done the the maintenance of both AC in drill consol. Checked the
tightness of all wire terminataion points in drill consol.

11-09-2019 Job - Checked all DOL Starter panel wire tightness, relay rainge, and replaced three damage contactor.

12/09/2019 Job - Resolve the issue of derick camera conectivity tested ok. Clean all air suction filter of DSU &
Inverter. Done the maintenance of all DSU & Inverter and covered bus bar by gaurd. Done the maintenance of vfd
AC .
13/09/2019 Job - Done the maintenance job of transformer & VFD braking unit. Check the integrety cables,
Connectors and condition of all fuses
14-09-2019 Job - Changed 3V battery of all ABB drive PMU
15-09-2019 Job - Done the Inspection of flexible hoses and checked hose tightness. Done the cleaning of air filter, oil
seperator.
15-09-2019 Job - Done the cleaning of cooling radiator. Checked the foundation bolt all found ok. Checked the
working condition of loading and unloading valve, found ok.

15-09-2019- Checked IR Value of compressor motor UG- 500 MΩ, VG- 500 MΩ, WG-500 MΩ & Coil resistance is
UV- 1.2 Ω, VW-1.2 Ω, WU-1.2 Ω Found ok. Checked IR Value of air blower motor UG- 1 GΩ, VG- 1GΩ, WG-1GΩ &
Coil resistance is UV- 3.8 Ω, VW-3.8 Ω, WU-3.8 Ω Found ok.
15-09-2019 Job - Checked the tightness of power and control cable termination. Open all starter contactor and
clean contact strip. Checked OLR testing found ok.

13-09-2019 Job - Fixed received one acumulator cylinder botal to koomey unit. But nitrogen gas not fill due to issue
with nitrogen testing kit.
