Malaysia is in challenge with the environmental problems including water and air
pollution, and infection diseases. There is a need to change human behavior towards the
environment. Government and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) are trying to
employ the go green campaigns to promote this behavior. There are already well known
go green national campaigns of "No Plastic Bag Day Campaign", "3R campaign (Reduce,
Reuse, Recycle") and "Environmental Education".
Conduct a campaign with the theme "Go Green" using a social media platform. To meet
the project expectations, you should come up with a range of exercises. In trying to
connect the audience with your initiative, use your team's creativity to name your
campaign with catchy terms.
Every group of students must create ONE VIDEO that fulfill specific requirements as
follows:
• Viral or post your video or any activities during the campaign in all social media
medium such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp group and etc.
• Timeline/Milestone of the project:
o Week 3 – Week 4 : Submit the video and Section A written report (see
appendix II) via e-learning portal.
o Week 5 – Week 7 : Start your campaign
o Week 8 – Week 12 : Prepare Written Report
o Submit written report: 12 of February 2021
• Evaluation of the video will be based on the total number of views, total number
of likes, total number of participants. Please refer to Appendix I for the details of
the video evaluation.
• You MUST KEEP all of the PROOF/EVIDENCE for this campign project and
document it as appendix in your written report.
• Finally, each group must perform peer evaluation to evaluate the performance of
each team member and project manager.
• Submission date of written report and proof/evidence: 12th February
2021(Friday) – via e-learning portal.
DESCRIPTION OF THE WRITTEN REPORT
The written assignment should be between 10-20 pages long with 1.5 spacing using
Times New Roman of font size 12. The report must include a cover page and marking
scheme as shown in Appendix I, II and III. All pages in the written report should be
numbered except for the cover page and the table of contents.
1. Section A
A brief proposal of what project will be the basis for the course project. Team-based
projects should include a list of all team members. (1 page)
2. Section B
A detailed description of the project scope of work, including any assumptions. Clearly
state project objectives. (1–2 pages)
3. Section C
Work breakdown structure.
List of activities, including estimated duration of each activity (20–40 tasks).
Budget for each activity (hours for each person and any material costs).
4. Section D
Network diagram of the logical sequence of all activities.
5. Section E
Schedule table showing the duration, earliest start and finish times, latest start and finish
times, and slack for each activity. Identify activities that make up the critical path.
Discuss possible ways to reduce overall project duration and consequences of doing so.
6. Section F
Computer-generated network, schedule, resource histograms, and cost graphs.
Please submit in a report format, a final copy of all documents including the rubric
(Appendix I – IV)
