“Perfect Cushion for me. As a male runner with some hip tightness, this support cushion helps
raise my but above my legs enough for me to straighten my back while keeping my legs and
hips relaxed by supporting my legs slightly. Bottom cushion is very soft and the whole setup
offers flexible and changing options for my body.” - Michael R.

Close your eyes, try to be grateful for the things that you have received that day or the previous
day, no matter how big or small it is. Second, while still closing your eyes, try to picture yourself
to the person that you will become. Third, open your eyes, affirm to yourself, that you know what
you want and need in your life and you are a stronger person than you were yesterday. In
meditation, you are never stagnant, by meditating you are constantly moving forward, you are
becoming the better and stronger version of yourself. Not the same that comes out on the other
side. 💡
