ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Outstanding Kabataan Awards 2018

City of Imus

The Youth Affairs Office conducted the 2nd Outstanding Kabataan last November 9,
2018. The program aims to recognize the youths between 8 to 30 years of age, for
their achievements and contributions to their schools and community. Also, it aims to
recognize a diverse range of young people with various potential and skills. It is
divided into 9 categories:

1. Most Achieved Youth Leader


 An active youth citizen displaying a model image for the youth and
excelling in the field of academe and community, and continuously
contributing to the progress of the city.
2. Most Outstanding Youth Performer
 A youth performer that has made an exceptional contribution to their
community in culture, music, dance, or performing arts.
3. Most Outstanding Sports Athlete
 A youth having extraordinary achievement/s in their chosen sport
(local, regional, national, international).
4. Most Outstanding Youth Employee
 A youth who demonstrates excellence in overall work performance,
accepts responsibilities, and perform duties above and beyond what is
normally expected.
5. Most Outstanding Community Youth Ambassador
 A youth who volunteers in order to improve their community.
6. Youth Services Icon Award
 An adult social worker, youth worker, coach, or community worker who
demonstrated dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm for young people.

7. Most Awesome Youth of the Year


 A youth who strives to achieve overall excellence through hard work, integrity,
and their passion for service, people, and life; outstanding youth who excels
and is active in various fields.
8. Supreme Youth Leader of the Year
 A youth who has exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding abilities and
contributions in their community and/or respective field with strength in
guidance and direction as leader.
9. Most Outstanding Youth Wiz Award
 Student who excels in academics, quiz bees, contests, competitions,
and other activities which are promoted inside the school. Award may
be given within the school, or outside the school in division, regional,
national, or international levels.

11. Petronilo D. Reyes, Jr. – Most Outstanding Youth Employee
12. Jan Miguel D. Salazar – Youth Services Icon Nominee
13. Renzo Iam D. Fauni – Youth Services Icon Awardee
14. Shiel Don P. Dy – Outstanding Community Youth Ambassador
15. Harry James P. Nuñez – Most Outstanding Youth Ambassador
16. Khayla Gwyneth Maigue – Awesome Youth of the Year

18. Mabel Joyce V. Baguio – Most Awesome Youth of the Year
19. Karen Kate L. Celajes – Supreme Youth Leader of the Year Nominee
