ANNOUNCEMENT
Having regard to the press release N ° 21/00062 / MINESUP / SG / CNOENC of January
27, 2021 opening the national examination of the HND session of April-June 2021 which
will take place as follows:
• Practical examination in April (19th to 24th April 2021),
• Written examination in june (07th to 12th June 2021)
It is brought to the attention of all HND II students that the documents constituting the
registration file for the HND exam session April-June 2021 can be deposited. The
application file consists of the following documents:
1- An individual form duly completed by the candidate on the site
www.dauq.cm/examens, this information sheet shall be filled and edited by the
student after paying the required registration fees for the examination at the
secretaria. As an indication, these costs are in accordance to the field of
studies:

2- The original of the secondary school leaving certificate:Vocational Training

Certificate (Brevet de Technicien), Baccalaureat, General Certificate of Education
Advanced Level obtained in a single session in at least two subjects excluding Religious
Knowledge or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education (A
receipt of the submission of an equivalence file is accepted);
3- The original birth certificate,
4- A transcript of the first year in HND

5- A copy of the HND transcript (for former candidates or those repeating the HND),

The certification fees for the above files and the 4*4 picture amount to 6,000 F per
student to be paid at the cash desk of IME. This is to make it easier for students to
legalize documents
The files will be received in Bonamoussadi at the office 5D and in AKWA at the logistics
office after presentation of the receipt for payment of the costs of processing the file
against receipt. The deadline for submitting files to IME for the legalization of documents
is February 12, 2020 at 5.30 p.m.,

NB: In accordance with point N ° III.4 of the press release N ° 21/00062 / MINESUP /
SG / CNOENC of January 27, 2021 opening the national examination of the HND, the
candidates will have to pay a penalty of 10 000 Fcfa in case they don’t meet up to the
Deadline due to the late arrivals of the required documents as from the 1ST of April 2020.
It should be noted that the submission of files is made by students online on the site
www.dauq.cm/examens. That said, the legalized files will be given to you on February
24, 2021 and you will have to scan them and file them online. Then the ministry will
confirm that your file has been accepted.
Only students who have paid their full tuition fees will have access to the platform for
their online registration.
In addition, IME declines its responsibility for any inconvenience subsequent to non-
compliance with the above-mentioned instructions.
Online registration training materials will be made available to you from February 1,
2021.
