Contemporary arts grasps that arts isn't independent from daily routine or
the world we experience in. A work may regularly be more to do with what
the work is about instead of what it resembles. Contemporary arts practice
has become a trade, a crossroads, or mediation for intelligent experience
between the artist and onlooker as opposed to a picture or object we
expect to admire.
