 5 juta kematian akibat stroke tiap tahun
 Penyebab kematian kedua di dunia
 Setiap 40 detik, 1 orang di US sakit stroke
 Setiap 4 menit, 1 orang meninggal akibat stroke
 15%-30% cacat permanen
 Pasien stroke perlu 3 bulan perawatan penuh berisiko
kematian 7x dalam 1 tahun. Riskesdas :
 1 dari 5 pasien stroke kambuh lagi dalam 5 tahun 2013 sebanyak 7%, 2018 sebanyak 11%
berusia produktif mulai 18 tahun

hubungan keluarga, tantangan terhadap masalah
lingkungan dan finansial.
 Perlu pedoman edukasi yang jelas, terstruktur yang
diberikan sedini mungkin.
