ACTIVITY TITLE: Thesis Proposal Writing Webinar

PROPONENT: Ms. Carolyn B. Gano, BPA- PASG Adviser and Public Administration Student Government
PARTICIPANTS: Bachelor in Public Administration students

I. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Thesis Proposal Writing is a relevant activity for all the students who are moving a few
more steps to accomplishing a bachelor’s degree. It creates new knowledge enabling others to be
provided with greater ideas, take it as a reference, and address certain issues. The seminar aims
to guide, direct, and orient the students on accomplishing a successful thesis proposal.

The Public Administration Student Government endeavours to implement a seminar


regarding the different parts of a thesis proposal to provide proper information and enable the
students to apply its concepts critically. The first part of the seminar primarily discuss about the
Introduction and Statement of the problem, which will be tackled within 3 hours on January 27,
2020. Moreover, the second part of the seminar which focuses on Methodology will be discussed
on January 29, 2020 within 3 hours through the use of Google classroom.

II. OBJECTIVES
The activity aims to achieve the following:
1. To provide a detailed information regarding the content on the parts of a Thesis Proposal.
2. To guide the students on applying the given concepts in establishing a Thesis Proposal to
make it more successful.
3. To help the students create an ethical and effective Thesis Proposal.

III. DURATION OF THE ACTIVITY


The Seminar will be conducted on January 27, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

d. Enable them to think critically in applying a reliable content in the different parts of the Thesis
Proposal.
