2016.

2. It has been noticed that number of District Accounts Officers are asking questions
about the f i l l i n g of referred Proforma from time to time. In order to answer those questions /
points to be clarified, a meeting has been planned on Wednesday, 21 sl December, 2016 at 10:30
A.M. in this office.

3. You are hereby advised, to attend the meeting in person alongwith a copy of
Proforma (Filled / Semi F i l l e d / Blank) on the said date and time positively.
