All the documents in this file (drawings, specifications, calculations, technical information etc.) are DUE GI SRL
property as long as Contract is not signed and are provided on condition that they will be used only to study the
tender of which they are a part, that they will not be copied totally or partly or disclosed to third parties without
the prior written approval of DUE GI SRL and that the file will be returned to DUE GI SRL if the project is canceled
or if the corresponding order is placed with another Company.
After signature of Contract, one copy of the present document remains in the possession of the Client, another
copy in property of DUE GI SRL.
During the execution of the Contract, DUE GI SRL reserves the right to carry out modifications which constitute
improvements concerning guarantees, operation or manufacturing cost, after agreement of customer.

611.PIPING
The scope of supply will include the interconnecting piping between all the equipment located on the skid
(compressors, air receiver, water separators and coalescing filters)
Inlet and outlet piping, within the dryer’s package, will be made out of HDG Carbon steel 1”
Outlet flange at skid edge will be DN 50 – 150# - RF
As agreed TBE Meeting held on February 3rd, 2021. EPPM will provide one power feed ( 400V/3/50Hz) to the PDB
( Power Distribution Board) installed on the skid.
All the equipment installed on the skid as compressors, aftercooler, dryer, and condensate drains ecc will be
powered from the PDB.
PDB and the distribution within battery limit (cables, cable glands, raceways, ecc) will be in DUE GI scope of supply.
613.BASEPLATE
The above mentioned equipment, included also the air receiver, will be located on a common skid.
The baseplate, will be made using carbon steel painted as per Project’s Specifications.
It will be duly sized and the structure of the profile will be suitable to withstand force and loads of the installed
equipment. Lifting lugs will be provided for loading, unloading and positioning.
Two earthing points (stainless steel plate) will be foreseen on opposite skid edges.
Code of construction for structural engineering: AWS D1.1 (any other codes are excluded) with European
standard materials and type of beams/shapes.
Preliminary dimensions : 4.500 x 2.300 x 2.600 mm
The documentation required will be submitted along the supply of the Package, and it will be submitted in English
and French language.
615.FAT
The whole compressed air system will be subject to the Inspection and Test; the system will be functionally and
performance tested at our shop.
Compressor mechanical running test will be performed and the relevant Certified will be issued.
As option we provide the quotation for the Witnessed Factory Acceptance Test.
