‫بموجب محضر اجتماع مع السيد رئيس و بموجب محضر تاريخ‬


‫و بموجب تقرير مكانيك التربة المعد من قبل المهندس ومواقع األبنية الموقعة على‬
‫المخطط الطبوغرافيا‪:‬‬
‫تم اعتماد تنفيذ أوتاد تستطيع تحمل األحمال المتأتية من الدفع األفقي لتربة حوض‬
‫التأسيس و أساسات األبنية المجاورة‬
‫تم حساب دفع التربة الناتج عن التربة و األساسات السطحية لألبنية المجاورة و‬
‫تحميلها على األوتاد‬
‫تم اعتبار الوتد يستند موثوق بوثاقة مرنة مع التربة متوافقة مع رد فعل التربة‬
‫‪Ks=3200tn/m3‬‬
‫ستتم تنفيذ أساسات وتدية للكتلة ‪ ZD‬بمنسوب كابات مساوي لمنسوب أساسات األبنية‬
‫المجاورة و ربطه مع الجملة اإلنشائية للكتلة‬
‫عامل تصعيد حمولة التربة على الوتد‪ 1.4‬و عامل تصعيد الحمولة الحية ‪ 1.6‬بحسب‬
‫‪BS 5950‬‬

‫سيتم تصميم المقاطع وفق ‪BS 8110‬‬


‫الفوالذ المستخدم بإجهاد خضوع ‪ 4600‬كغ‪/‬سم‪2‬‬
‫الخرسانة بمقاومة اسطوانة مميزة ‪ 250‬كغ‪/‬سم‪ 2‬أي المقاومة المكعبية ‪ 300‬كغ‪/‬سم‪2‬‬
‫حمولة دفع التربة المثلثية بحسب معطيات مكانيك التربة على الوتد بعرض شريحة‬
‫‪ 1‬م هي من ‪ 0‬و حتى ‪ 4.24‬طن‪/‬م ط تبدأ من رأس الوتد عند المنسوب‪ 17.6 +‬و‬
‫تنتهي عند منسوب‪ 11.6 +‬مع تنفيذ جائز رابط عند رؤوس األوتاد بأبعاد ‪*100‬‬
‫‪ 100‬سم بتسليح إنشائي لألوتاد من رقم ‪ 1‬حتى ‪ 36‬و ‪ 4.95‬طن‪/‬م ط لألوتاد من ‪37‬‬
‫حتى ‪99‬‬
‫أما حمولة أساسات األبنية المجاورة فهي ممثلة بحمولة موزعة بانتظام شريطية‬
‫بتباعد بحسب موقعها من الجدار الوتدي و األحمال الحية للعربات المتوقعة مرفقة‬
‫بالتقرير التالي ‪:‬‬
