and, with our in-house design capability, are able to manufacture
bespoke systems which can offer considerable cost savings for any

Our cable support system, which includes cable trunking, trays and
ladders, is designed to support and enclose the electrical power, Pre-Galvanized Steel Sheets (GI)

and straightness leads to considerable savings in installation time and
cost on site.

We are able to offer a total solution for

steel cable support with ranges that are
available in three configurations: Cable
Trunking, Cable Tray and Cable Ladders.
The type of support best suited for an
application depends on many factors
including the nature of the cables to
be installed, the site conditions and
aesthetics desired. To simplify and aid
installation we offer a wide range of
factory manufactured accessories for cable trunking, tray, or ladder
systems. By utilizing these, the contractor can deliver a quick and high
quality installation.

Our unmanned sheet steel productions manufacturing system runs
through the night with lights off operations. Our fast process curing
powder coat painting lines use the latest in technology, to ensure both
the aesthetics and high performance of the final finish of the products

with returned edge covers,
couplers and copper earth links.
We offer several types of fastening
methods for its covers.

These include standard or screw

fix utilizing Self-tapping or special
tampered proof screws to ensure
security. Fast-Fix or Quick Release
Type for rapid installation are also
available.

Embossing services for DATA,

ELECT, TEL, BMS and other letters

Voltecx range of knock-down type cable ladders are an additional range to the standard welded HL type cable ladder. It is easy to assemble
and strong. A versatile and resilient range, it can be transported in any confined area and assembled on site. The ladder width can be fixed by
selecting the length of the rungs.

LOADING GRAPHS

Following information is from results of tests carried out in our own works. Since site condition varies when installing cables, this data should be
taken as a guide only.

Site engineers will have to study the sizes of cables, total weight per metre run and cable laying method to decide on the distance of the supporting
spans. It is good practice to allow for a reasonable loading factor when deciding on the support centres.
