Dear Madam,

Good day! I am Ma. Florence R. Fuerte, who graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng
Maynila last June 2020 with a degree of Bachelor of Laws - Juris Doctor. I also graduated in the
same university in 2015 for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in
Finance and Treasury Management.

I am sending this letter to convey my application to be a part of this eminent governmental

office, Department of Budget and Management, in any position that I am qualified for.

Using the hard-earned knowledge during college and law school, I drafted initiatory
pleadings, such as Position Paper for the complainant, Answer of the respondent, Reply up to
Appeals and Comment on Appeal during my Legal Internship Program in Public Attorney’s Office -
Quezon City. Additionally, I drafted Judicial Affidavits, Memorandum, Motion to Quash, Motion to
Lift Warrant of Arrest, Comment on Formal Offer of Evidence, Demurrer of Evidence, Motion for
Reconsideration, Application for Probation and series of Legal Research. Aside from legal papers
filed in court, I also drafted minor affidavits such as Affidavit of Loss, Affidavit of Exhumation,
Affidavit of Solo Parent and similar other papers. Lastly, I were able to observe court hearings in
MTC and RTC, and even attended a Jail visit.

After receiving my diploma, I have achieved my eligibility status in Career Service

Professional and became working-student as Customer Service Representative at TaskUs, Inc. for
almost three (3) years during law school. In the course of my employment, I acquired prominent
listening and communication ability and creatively solving problems whenever confronted with.
