Greetings!

It is with humility and confidence that I manifest my interest to apply for the position of
Administrative Officer I (HRMO I) in your Office, the Gov. Benjamin T. Romualdez General
Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, published in the Civil Service Commission on 10
February 2023.

6. Certificate of Award (from Dept’ of Agrarian Reform).

Currently, I am a clerk under a contractual status in the Personnel Section of the Department
of Agrarian Reform, Regional Office VIII. Having been assigned in said Section, I have obtained
sufficient knowledge of the functions of the HRMO I position. While in this assignment, I have
handled the following tasks, viz.

1. Drafts HRMPSB Resolutions;

2. Drafts Minutes of HRMPSB Meetings;
3. Conducts preliminary assessment of application documents submitted by
applicants;
4. Assists in the preparation of Comparative Assessment Forms of applicants;
5. Updates different databases used for the recruitment process;
6. Prepares consolidated BP 205 for retirees;
7. Processes salary loans (LBP and City Savings) of employees;
8. Drafts transmittal letters and communications to concerned offices;
9. Assists during PSIPOP updating; and
10. Assists in IT-related tasks, i.e. software and hardware concerns.
Using as basis the published Qualification Standards, I believe that I am qualified for the
position. In addition, I am highly familiar with the environment of medical professionals since
I graduated with a degree in Pharmacy.

Also, I am well-skilled on information technology, and can work well with MS Office
applications and basic hardware and software troubleshooting. In my previous employment,
I worked as a Field Marketing Professional in an automobile company. Along with my current
employment, these experiences have gained me the competencies required for the HRMO
position especially working and communicating well with different people.
