Major Responsibilities:
Payroll Process
❖ Generate the Attendance Data from the Biometric machine and Making Attendance sheet in Excel.
❖ Leave and attendance maintenance.
❖ Attendance Calculations.
❖ Prepare the monthly salary processing data
❖ Verify the before final salary processing employees working days, OT, ESIC, PF contribution & other details
❖ Replying to queries relating to salaries
❖ Correcting arrears in salaries, if any.
❖ Salary processing for 100+ employees.
❖ Making salary (Salary sheet and slips), deductions of the employee on Excel Sheet.
❖ Check reports of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident fund, ESIC etc.
❖ Proper documentation of all Employees / Personnel related documents for the group
❖ Reconcile and confirm the accuracy of the payroll data.
❖ Process and issue salary through manual payroll checks, banking and direct deposit.
❖ Respond to payroll processing inquiries.
❖ Review, analyze, check and correct payroll records
Performance Appraisal
Job Responsibility: -
❖ Updating of payroll information for all employees (system set-up, deductions and loans, ESI, CTC, advance, other deductions,
salary increases, bonuses).
❖ Processing salary from paybook software.
❖ Ensuring timely disbursement of salaries, closure of payroll and issuing of pay slips through software whereas F&F settlement to
be conducted smoothly.
❖ Respond and research any issues regarding payroll.
❖ Salary processing for 500+ employees.
❖ Handling PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF and Gratuity as per shop and establishment requirement.
❖ Handling Monthly return, Quarterly Returns, yearly returns of PF and ESIC.
❖ To make sure all the claims related to PF Withdrawal, PF Transfer, PF Advance, UAN activation & Allocation, ESIC Medical
benefits of the employees will be clear on time.
❖ Maintain all compliance related documents, registers, forms and correspondence.
❖ Handling employee grievances & resolving attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees.
❖ Planned and executed events for the employees during various occasions.
❖ Performance management: - Conducting Performance & Development Reviews for staff right from setting objective at the start
of financial year, conducting mid-term reviews and closing the reviews at the end of the financial year and thereon induce
employee development initiatives.
❖ Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter reliving letter and experience letter.
❖ Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect and filled-required documents, creation of Login ID for outlook mail/Biometric
system, PC and desk arrangement with coordination with IT and Admin Team.
❖ Plan, organize and conduct induction programs, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.
❖ Conducting 3 month and 6-month probation and confirmation feedback of new joiners with their respective line manager also
Conducting Performance improvement plan of underperform employees
❖ Assist Internal Training team in creating HR processes and protocol participate guides; develop training and reference materials.
❖ Preparing Organizational report based on head counts, attrition and appraisal.
❖ Maintained personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
❖ Ensuring the employee has a hassle-free exit process.
❖ Conducting Exit interviews with the resigned employee.
❖ Preparing & maintaining all documents related to resignation.
