Talent Acquisition & Talent Management


❖ Managing a wide gamut of the Recruitment function for all the departments. (Mass Recruitments)

Performance Appraisal

❖ Preparing various MIS Reports on a monthly basic.


❖ Co-ordination with HODs for Annual increment and same update in the software and prepare increment Letters.

❖ Train the junior staff in the HR department on the Performance Management process; be actively involved in the professional

Payroll and Statutory Compliance:

❖ Updating of payroll information for all employees (system set-up, deductions and loans, ESI, CTC, advance, other deductions,
salary increases, bonuses).
❖ Processing salary from paybook software.
❖ Ensuring timely disbursement of salaries, closure of payroll and issuing of pay slips through software whereas F&F settlement to
be conducted smoothly.

❖ Handling employee grievances & resolving attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees.

❖ Performance management: - Conducting Performance & Development Reviews for staff right from setting objective at the start
of financial year, conducting mid-term reviews and closing the reviews at the end of the financial year and thereon induce
employee development initiatives.
