HR Generalist
HRIS, Payroll and Benefit Administration
▪ Create and maintain employee records in the HRIS including setting up new hires, employment agreements, updating
personal & payroll information, and adding employee documents such as performance reviews etc.
▪ Process payroll for employees globally across Canada, US and Philippines
▪ Apply payroll changes as applicable including increases in salary and vacation pay
▪ Liaise with third party to ensure employment benefits for US and Philippines workforce
▪ Update and maintain time-off entitlements in system (Moniroo)
▪ Administer Group benefits and Group RRSP plans for eligible employees
▪ Assist with disability leave administration
▪ Prepare and issue yearly tax forms such as T4, W2 forms etc.

Talent Management
▪ Assist with the recruiting & hiring process by submitting approved job postings online, screening applicant resumes,
scheduling candidate interviews, and participating in the interview process

▪ Conduct reference checks and liaise with third part for criminal background check
▪ Develop onboarding programs and coordinate it for all new hires
▪ Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, employee training sessions, and offboarding

Organization Development
▪ Update and maintain organizational chart using MS Visio
▪ Update, maintain, and implement employment and safety policies and practices
▪ Lead and Implement resources planning program by working with department heads/ managers on managing pool of
qualified resources for staffing on various internal/ external projects
▪ As a member, participate in periodic Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings to ensure compliance as per
Occupational Health and Safety Act.
