2. I considered the following things when I prepared my first assessment tool:


  Validity - to measure what is intended, to ensure correctness, appropriateness,
meaningfulness and usefulness of the specific conclusion that a teacher reaches
regarding with the teaching and learning process.
  Practicality - ensure that the test should be familiar with the teacher and does
not require too much time and in fact implementable.
 Reliability - to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the test. It should yield
essentially the same score when administered twice to the students. 
 Efficiency - feedback should not be too long and the assessment procedure
should be interpretable.
