Q1. In the world of teaching, a teacher must be prepared enough before starting
the lesson. In other words, teachers must craft a lesson in order to be guided and have
a direction in teaching which includes what to teach, how to teach, why to teach,
where to teach, and when to teach. Everything must be in its proper place or settled.
The essential elements of a lesson plan are objectives, learning content, learning
activities/application, and of course the assessment that is intended to measure the
learning of the students or how far they have learned the lesson. Hence, a lesson plan
is commonly called as the heart of teaching. Without a lesson plan, the teaching
learning process will not easily be executed. It gives direction to the teacher in
making the teaching-learning process effective and productive. If the teacher prepares
a lesson plan, he will not lose his direction. If the teacher knows where to go, the
students will be in the right way. In achieving learning outcomes, I must consider
every single detail of my plan. I must ensure its effectiveness by making its objective
and learning activities connected or matched. Also, I must put into action the plan
that I craft and make it possible and meaningful because a certain lesson plan will
still be useless if the teacher doesn`t know how to implement or teach it properly.
Q2. In teaching, there must always be the presence of different instructional
materials in order to supplement or support the teaching-learning process. But of
course, we can use instructional materials if they are available and relevant to the
subject matter. The purpose of a material in teaching depends on the level the
capacity of the students. The materials must be appropriate to their skills, desires and
especially to their Iearning capacities. I will use materials utilizing them in teaching
in order to make the teaching process convenient and easier. By the power of the
materiaIs, the process will be supported and supplemented. Just Iike using the visual
aids, some students are visual Iearners there this tooI is effective to teach them, evoke
their interest and heIp them Iearn the Iesson.
Q3. I had a one-on-one discussion with my cooperating teacher. I asked her about
her expectations and aIso observed her in estabIishing cIassroom routines and foIIow
her ruIe`s and expectations to buiId a soIid and meaningful relationship. Moreover, I
aIways reach out to her when it comes to lesson planning. I always asked her
assistance by letting her check my everyday`s lesson plan. She also observed me
when I was teaching and gave her feedback for me to ponder, follow, and apply.

Q1. In order to make my test items clear, I always secured a Table of

Specification or TOS to ensure that the tests items were matched with the learning
objectives, covered the cognitive domains, well-organized and clear. By having a
TOS prior to the test construction, I was guided whenever I made a test for my
students. It did not just make the test items clear but it also helped me to make my
job easier and organized.
Q2. I overcame the problems that I encountered during test preparation by
managing the conflict/problem through doing actions in order to solve them. I just
followed the procedures in making a test successfully. Also, I just believe in myself
that I can do everything by hard work, perseverance, positiveness, and compassion.
Q3. There is really a diversity among learner which means learners are unique in
alike from each other. Every students has a distinct learning style, learning capacity
and intelligence. I don’t believe that there are dull people because for me every is a
potential genius one. Therefore, taking into this thought that everyone has the
capability to learn and perform excellently, I always make my learning activities
differentiated in order to cater the differences of my learners. I have repertoire of
strategies in catering their different desires or needs. Of course, at the first meet I
already orient them about the importance of education in their lives. I asked them
about their goals in life and the reason why they are in school or what is their purpose
of going to school. In other words, I gave them the fuel or motivation to strive more
and be the best versions inside and outside the school.

Q1. The information I obtained from my students were their strengths and
weaknesses which I measured during their pretest. Also, the type of learning style
they mostly adhere or characterized. I found out that they liked small group activities
that made them collaborate and share their knowledge with others. I recycled these by
analyzing their needs out of these information and give an appropriate ways or
strategies on how to strengthen their weaknesses and enhance their strengths. By
these information, l was aware on how to teach my students because I believe that a
teacher should not teach the students on how she want to teach them but instead teach
them on how they want to learn.
Q2. If there were learners who did poorly in one subject, I addressed it by
discussing with them privately about their poor performances and give them the
chance to do better and even best by means of motivating them, making them
realized the consequences of having low grades. I also changed my techniques in
order to cater their needs in learning and to achieve the goal.
Q3. In assessing learners, I have learned that sometimes, the result of the
assessment is really different from what we expect. There were really students who
achieved low scores in quizzes even though already give all my efforts. Therefore, as
a teacher, I should think of a remedy on how to deal with this. I must ensure that I
should employ different ways of assessment because learners are diverse and they
have different ways of learning. I also learned that through assessment I will be able
to know my students` learning capacities which is very crucial in planning and
implementing the curriculum.
Thesis Insight

Making a thesis is quite challenging yet at the end of the day I could proudly say
that its worth it. It was a journey of struggle, hard work, and most of all hope. As we
were on the process of making a thesis, we were seasoned by many factors. We
experienced lots of things and we even had tribulations. However, we still managed
to overcome the challenges and reached the finish line.
For me, thesis measures how dedicated, patient and committed you are in your
goal and career. Some people tend to complain about having a thesis but for me
thesis has a positive impact to myself because I was challenged, felt accomplished
and responsible for making it. Thus, it made me feel that I am really in the right path
towards success.
In addition, our thesis was entitled `Anxiety of Newly Hired language Teachers`.
This research was intended to measure the level of anxiety of the newly hired
teachers in teaching profession or world of teaching. Our thesis is very relevant to the
education because it seeks for the factors of the anxiety of the new teachers and
makes the institution aware of their behaviors and actions in work field. We were
motivated to conduct this study because we cannot deny the fact that anxiety is a
nature among the newbies. Hence, teachers are expected to perform well in their jobs
and do their duties without any hesitations and doubts. Therefore, if the institution
were conscious about their emotional status, then they will have an action or
intervention for this. Perhaps, at the first place, teachers are supposedly locally and
globally competent, confident and effective. Indeed, making a thesis completes the
journey of an Education student in the institution. Without this, my adventure in
college will not be worthy and totally meaningful.
