Surface Preparation and trap wrap APCS-113C has been carried out at HRDH-922 FW#68,69,70,71 Road
crossing points including pipe sections.

Inspection of surface preparation and canusa tape wrap application at HWYH-1091 FW Joint. Inspected
and found acceptable.

Pre-cleaning Inspection, surface preparation and inprocess inspection of canusa tape wrap application
at HWYH-1003 F/L Joints FW-49 to FW-76 has been done and found accepted.

Receiving

Inspection activity has been done and accepted.

Inspection was carried out and found accepted.

Material receiving inspection is ongoing for 8"X0.344" at HRDH-1151.

Pipes were visually inspected. Documents review yet to be done.


Points to be remember during Checklist fill up:
1. Need to Write the Correct EPM Number in all Papers and also attachments
if any.
2. Need to get the Crew supervisor signature in the site after completing the
checklist.
3. If any correction are unavoidable, make the counter sign after the
correction.
4. No blank spaces either fill related to the job or write N/A.
5. Always fill the remarks column.
6. Read the checklist Acceptance criteria and put tick mark as per the job
situation (Pass, Fail, N/A).
7. Review the checklist one or two times before submitting to the supervisor.
8. Always fill the p.o and manufacturer date and batch number for the
product which using in the site.
9. Write scheduled time and actual time properly.
10. Mention the proper voltage and holiday detector voltmeter details.
