GENTING HIGHLANDS THEME PARK

　　Genting Highlands is situated only 50 km away from the Pahang border, and its just 45 minutes
away from Kuala Lumpur City. It was opened in 1972, and one of its most popular attractions is
Genting Highlands Theme Park.
　　Genting Highlands Theme Park is divided into four indoor and outdoor zones, namely the Outdoor
Theme Park, First Indoor Theme Park, Water Park and Video Games Park. The visitors’ number one
choice is the Outdoor Theme Park. When the weather is fine, you can try a lot of thrill rides there such
as rollercoaster and pirate ship. As for the small kids, they can try more relaxing rides like spinning
teacups and carousel. Visitors can also try different kind of water slides and rides in the Water Park.
　　Step into the First World Indoor Theme Park, visitors can find middle range amusements here like
bumper cars, mini trains and gondola rides. The most popular attraction here is Sky Venture, Asia’s
first simulated wind tunnel. Besides, there are a lot of shops available for visitors to shop. If you are a
Frozen movie lover, Snow World lets you enjoy beautiful world of snow. You can put on winter jackets
and snow boots while playing snowballs with your family together. Meanwhile, the Video Games Park,
is a perfect place for teenagers and young adults who love to play arcade video games there.
