Hi, this is Gina Harmon. I ordered a new Barbecue Grill from your kitchen supply
store on 25th June. I was told that the delivery usually takes two days at the lastest.
However, four days has gone by, and nothing has arrived. I have some friends coming
over my house for a garden party this weekend. Today is already Thursday. I need to
