    LETTER OF PERMISSION FROM PARENTS

    Name of the School: Convent of Jesus and Mary Girls' High School, Vadodara
    Name of the student: _ Harshita Lalwani
    Std: 8 Div: A Roll No: 23

    I am aware that the Hon. Education Minister has declared certain guidelines for students of Std.
    VI to VIII regarding attending school from 18/02/2021 (Thurday), as per the decision taken by
    the State Government & the Education Department & according to SOP stated by them.
    Accordingly, I am permitting my child to attend school at my own risk. There is no compulsion
    from the school authorities whatsoever, to attend school.
    I assure you that my child will completely/sincerely follow the rules of social distancing, wearing
    mask & using sanitizer.
    I also assure you that I shall in no way hold the school administration, principal or any staff
    member responsible if subsequently my child is affected by the corona virus.
