You are appalled at what has happened. Even though

Han’s idea kicked off, you know that it was a risky
move to make, one that could have ruined business
as much as it caused success. You are not entirely
convinced that it is Han that leaked the name ‘Onu’
to the press but it’s your reputation at stake. You
fought against an idea that caused major profits to
Waltsney and not finding a way to save face will
cause you to lose your credibility at Waltsney. It is
important for you, therefore, to find any scapegoat
and ensure that they not only take responsibility for
the name leak, but who also agree to pay the sum
written in the confidentiality agreement. However, it
is not the sum, but the admittance of guilt that you
are really after. As long as Waltsney is assured of your
credibility, you will be secure of your position.

Your council has assured you that if Han has violated

the agreement, he will have to pay the indemnity
amount or leave Waltsney forever. However, a mere
compensation will not be enough. You need to
rebuild your reputation within Waltsney, or slowly be
phased out of the industry altogether. After all,
mistakes are never forgiven in the entertainment
industry.

Irrespective of how things go, it is almost
impossible to cancel ‘The Pascalonian’. Chan Wojon,
one of the most reputed filmmakers of all time, has
congratulated Waltsney on their franchise, and
cancelling it would only lead to further reputational
losses. That is why, while you cannot cancel it, it is
of special importance to you to ensure that you are
given more creative control within the content
created by the Space Balls franchise. Further, while
Han is now considered an asset of Waltsney, it
would be under advisement to get him to sign a
non-compete, in addition to ensuring he stays on as
a part of the production team for Season 3.

Lastly, you need to ensure that the momentum is

going strong. You need to not repeat the same
mistakes and find ways to capitalize on the growing
frenzy. In addition to saving your creative
reputation, Waltsney must be convinced that you
are also able to make them more than the expected
profits. Therefore, it may even be in your best
interest to work with Solo, irrespective of your
creative differences, to make the most of the show.
