FRESHERS' POOL 2020-21 RANKING ROUND

As per the Investigation Report, the name was leaked

by Han’s subordinate Adi Floss, who heads the
Graphic Division of the Production Team. Adi
uploaded a selfie with his co-workers on Instagram
few days before the release of Episode 7. However, he
did not realise that far in the background could be
seen a document titled: “Episode 7: Onu: The Greatest
Croda”. Keen fans were quick to connect the dots and
the speculation of Onu being the name of key
character quickly gained momentum on social
media. Greatly perturbed by the carelessness of his
subordinate, Han fired Adi immediately after the
release of the Report and issued a formal apology to
the Board.

However, Han in his letter to the Board greatly

emphasised on his utmost grief and dissatisfaction
with way the whole situation was handled by you.
Han was deeply hurt by how he was targeted as a
scapegoat by a Company he has worked tirelessly for
and surprised by how readily his reputation was
dragged through the mud. Han also pointed out that
while the leak was caused by his subordinate, he had
multiple plans to minimise or even avoid the losses
incurred. However, all his attempts in the moment of
crisis were thrown out by you, being only focussed on
putting blame and ensuring consequences.

Copies of the Investigation Report and the Letter to
the Waltsney Board have been made available to
both Han Solo and Dixie Kuzco, both parties having
full knowledge of the abovementioned events.

While in an ideal situation Waltsney still wants Han

to pay the $5 Million for breach of the
Confidentiality Agreement, the current situation
provides for a certain flexibility in the amount and
nature of penalty as the Board fears on losing Han
altogether, knowing well how desperate competing
franchises are to have him. Accordingly, you have
been given strict direction by Waltsney that you
need Han to sign a contract of at least 5 more years,
preferably with a non-compete to ensure his long-
term future with Waltsney. However, imposing some
kind on punishment on Han is principally important
to you, to ensure both setting of an example and
that perception as a leader is not weakened.

One thing you know for certain is that Waltsney

prefers profits above all else. Your primary goal is to
not only find ways to earn the USD 25 million in
suggested profits that you could have earned, but
also solidifying future film deals with popular actors
who currently excel in the sci-fi genre. For the
latter, you will need Han’s help in order to convince
these actors to move away from their existing
franchises and join the Space Balls universe.
Lastly, you know that if you are unable to achieve
anything at this mediation, Waltsney will be more
than willing to fire you. Hence, it is important that
you navigate through your interests as fast as
possible.
