This study aims to know the factors that pushed the growth of Samgyeopsal restaurants in
Tarlac City.

Specifically, the researchers seek to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age;
1.2 Gender;
1.3 Civil status;
1.4 Employment status;
1.5 Monthly Income/allowance; and
1.6 Frequency of dining in a samgyeopsal restaurant?
2. What are the factors that influence respondents to patronize samgyeopsal restaurants?
3. What is the level of satisfaction of the respondents in the areas of:
3.1 Quality of food;
3.2 Quality of service;
3.3 Ambiance of the restaurant;
3.4 Pricing;
3.5 Amenities; and
3.6 Location?
4. What is the implication of the study to future restaurateurs?

Scope and delimitation:

Indicate the area of coverage (location) of the study. State who the respondents are (the customers).
Find out from the identified samg restaurants the estimated number of customers per week to make an
intelligent guess the total population of samgyeopsal customers then use SLOVIN Formula to identify the
proper number of respondents to involve in the study.
