Additional Activity

I noticed that in business ethics they believe in the philosophies from different
philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Epicurus , a question I have in my mind was,
why we people are being affected of negative thoughts even though we think positively
in some ways. I’m not sure if all people but many people doubt to their self. And I
realized this philosopher is inspiration to all of us to continue our lives to the fullest.

I think that what he did was wrong. Is it true that he arrived early and his intention is to correct the
record but the way he resolved the issue is wrong. It is better if he tells it first to his boss before doing it
because if someone saw him, to what he did it might lead to misunderstanding and can turn into
negative outcome.

Activity 2

I'll disregard the rumors because there are no proof or evidence that she doing that kind of thing and
the point that I saw her doing his job well, I still recommend her to be promoted. The fact that she had a
good performance in his job is the fact that she's the one to be promoted but ince the rumors came true
and they show a strong proof, the girl might punished or fired.

 I noticed that there are still many kind of relogions in this world and they have different concept
about business, I have one question why there are plenty of concepts about business but the only thing
that they want is success? I’m not sure if this is true but the goal of business is to success and I realized,
having your own belief system one thing or way to success for a business owner.

Buddhism - "Dont let your obsession for something controls you, always remember to be calm.

Christianity-" If you want to have a successful business, you must work hard for it.

2. Some beliefs are not, for ecample is the belief of TAOISM most of us filipino wants to have all the
power instead to be a good leader or example to others. The belief of BUDDHISM was not also fit for us
because most of us are being controlled by our obsessions and turn into crime or bad outcome.

4. It helps us to communicate to other people or to be with other people without being felt strange. We
Filipino are known for our being hospitable to others specially to those people that came from different

What I have learned

If you want to have a successful business or to be success you must need to value everything or
everytime that you have. If theres a thiing that you must need to do, do it righ now. In business if you let
your time passed by easily you might lost a lot of opportunities in your life. So I or you might need to use
the word time management or the "times is gold", we dont even know what might happen.

What I can do

Activity 4

I can improved the business or my business by the help of philosophies of the different philosophers and
also the Filipino values. Im able to improve myself by applying those into myself having those kind of
beliefs or values can turn our life and business into a good one. All of the success must start from
myself, such as to be the role model or good example to anyone and not to controlled by my obsessions.

Additional Activity

I notice that Im having a hard time knowing all these Filipino values just because I have a broken
family.A question I have is "Am I the only one who's having a hrad time to learn this other Filipino
values?" I’m not sure but I think Im not the only one. I realized that I can't learn this kind of beliefs
without my parents assist.
