Part A
1. Common Section in CV:
- Full name

2. Shouldn’t be written in a CV:
- Sex
- Marital status
- Race
- Religion
- Irrelevant information
- A list of job titles and duties
- Dishonest sentences
3. To order job experience and education background:
- Academic background: start from recent - high school, formal education: GPA (3.00 and
higher)
- Job experience: Start from recent
4. Differences between CV and Cover Letter
- A cover letter is brief while a CV is quite detailed and long.
- A CV includes detailed information about work experience and academic background while
a cover letter is a condensed document that explains why you’re applying for the given job.
5. To write in the first, middle and last paragraph of the cover letter:
- First Paragraph:
Explain which job you are applying for and how/where you heard about it.
- Middle Paragraph:
Briefly describe my relevant qualifications and experience.
Briefly describe your most relevant qualifications and/or experience
Explain why you want the job and why you think you would be good at it
- Last Paragraph:
Say how you can be contacted and/or when you are available for the interview
6. To order keyword in abstract:
We have to order key words in an abstract with alphabetical order.
e.g. Keywords: elevator trainer, HMI Droid, PLC, SCADA

Part B
1. Paragraph is a group of sentences that develops an idea called the topic.
2. Three components of paragraph
- Topic Sentence
It is the main idea of a paragraph and usually the first sentence of paragraph. It is the
most general sentence of the paragraph.
- Supporting Sentence
These are sentences that talk about or explain the topic sentence. They are more detailed
ideas that follow the topic sentence.
- Concluding Sentence
This may be found as the last sentence of a paragraph. It can finish a paragraph by
repeating the main idea or just giving a final comment about the topic.

4. Four main types of paragraph:
- Argumentative Paragraph
It is a paragraph that is used to persuade people to change their minds or take an action
- Descriptive Paragraph
It is a paragraph that describes something with words that allow readers almost to see
what you are describing.
- Process Paragraph
It is a paragraph that describe how to do something and explain the steps you need to
complete an activity.
- Expository Paragraph
It is a paragraph that can explain cause and effect, similarity and difference, how things
are done or how things are works, and define something.

Part C
Gadgets should have several impacts on students’ learning. Based on an internet survey,
people use gadget for access internet more than 8 hours per day. This shows that in this modern
era gadget has an important role in our daily lives, including for students. Especially in this
pandemic situation, we do almost everything through our gadgets. By using a gadget, students
can easily get the subject matter. In addition, the use of gadget increases the productivity on
learning. Students can also easily communicate with the classmates and teachers. Although
having many advantages, gadgets also brings a few negatives impacts. One of them is gadget can
provide students, who is have lack of honesty to easily cheat in terms of learning. Shortly, in this
technological era gadget already has a critical role in our lives, in package with its’ positive and
negative impacts.
