Asyou are aware, the Bureau of Police Research& Development
organizes the All India Police Science Congress (AIPSC), annully, in
collaboration with States/UTs/CAPFs/CPOs. The 48th AlPSC is scheduled to
be convened in December, 2020

2 This national event provides a common platform for all the police
TOrces, sOCial scientists, forensic experts and other stakeholders to deliberate
on selected themes pertinent to the Indian Police. The resolutions adopted in
the AIPSC provide a roadmap for all the police forces of the country.

3All States/UTs/CAPFs/CPOs are requested to suggest Themes/Topics

for discussion at the 48th AIPSC by 28.09.2020, on the Email-ID:
ddres@bprd.nic.in, so that papers on the same may be called for and
evaluated for publication in the souvenir to be taken out on the occasion of
the Congress. A copy of the previous themes of the AIPSCs are enclosed as
Annexure-A, for reference.
