•  Hands (open and close) •  Lab sheet
•  Chocolate kisses •  Pencil

steps:
1.  Pass out lab reports
2.  Give each student 2 chocolate kisses
3.  Have students put one kiss in an
open hand and another in a closed
fist
4.  Students observe which chocolate
melts faster.
5.  Record results on their lap reports
