SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021 Rationale: In this time of pandemic, mental health and well-being is a concern of all. Young individuals nowadays, especially the students have boundless opportunities, nevertheless are also unprotected to an irresistible array of pressures, expectations and difficulties that are part of existing in our multifaceted modern world and in this time of pandemic. Mental health awareness is a significant matter for all educators, who are frequently the primary line of defense for their students. Also, teaching professionals have recognized the influence that a student’s mental health has on learning and achievement. Holy Cross of Babak is a Catholic institution that actively pursues the prevention of mental illness, as well as engage in activities that help student’s better look after their mental health. The institution also upholds the welfare of all its students, prevent psychological and psychosocial conditions and lessen the weight of mental diseases by cultivating access to quality care in order to attain the highest possible level of health of the students in order for them to participate fully in the institution.
