Forgotten Realms/Abir-Toril Another watertower, much like the Throat, the Needle is known for it's
unusual conical shape. It serves as a helpful waypoint, as it can be
seen stretching into the sky from most points in Luskan.

The Winter Palace 2
Open courtyard style temple to Auril, winter goddess, whose rituals may seem cruel to outsiders.
The temple is adorned with ice sculptures as winter sets in. Six white pillars in the same style as
the temple dot the city, called the Kisses of Auril. Participants must climb these slippery pillars
while doused in freezing water in the infamous ritual known as The Wet Parades.

graveyard for rich Luskanites for a time, and was infested with undead. Now cleared of that
● blight thanks to the regeneration of the Arcane Brotherhood, it serves as a Bregan D’aerthe
headquarters and macabre landmark along the lines of Waterdeep's City of the Dead.

Ship Suljack has made tenuous alliances with many


other ships throughout the years. As third ship, suljack
largely handles infrastructure throughout the city,
imposing overpriced repairs on shambled storefronts.

Taerl's Fortress (Fourth high Captain Throa Taerl) 8


Ship Taerl only recently crawled up from a long
history as fifth ship. Now freed from their obligation to
police the city, Taerl has become more aggressive in
their business strategies and acquisitions.

Ten Oaks (Fifth High Captain Hartouchen Rethnor) 11


Ship rethnor was only recently demoted to fifth
ship, taking on the unenviable task of being a
de facto police force for the lawless city.

The Temple of Red Sails 12


The Temple of Red Sails is a popular destination for
sailors passing through. Even those who do not
often pray to Umberlee can be seen offering gifts in
the hope that their next voyage is a safe one.
