Good Morning, The honorable, the lecturer mother, and my beloved friends. First of all,
Praise and gratitude for the presence of God Almighty who has bestowed His grace so that we
can be present online. It is an honor to talk in front of all of you today. On this occasion I will
deliver a short speech regarding Diarrhes
Diarrhea is bowel movement (defecation) with stool in the form of fluid or fluid, thus the air
content in the stool is more than normal, namely 100-200 ml at a time. Discharge of defecation is
seen from the excretion of feces excreted from the rectum which is usually in a solid form that
becomes soft, watery, very watery. Diarrhea is a state of defecating more than 4 in infants and
more than 3 times in children with a watery consistency, can be green or can be mixed with mucus
and blood. This condition if it can cause dryness of the air (dehydration) and support the patient
can also cause death.
Usually the patient will experience discomfort in the stomach, pain in the gut. Patients usually
begin to feel restless at first, sweat quickly and shiver all over the body. In more severe cases,
diarrhea causes the patient to start feeling nauseous, vomiting and also fever. The symptoms of
diarrhea include:
a. Frequent bowel movements with the consistency of liquid or watery stools
b. In a whiny child, restless, body temperature may increase, appetite decreases
c. The color of the stool turns greenish due to the mixture of bile
d. The area around the anus is reddish and blisters due to frequent diffusion and the stool
becomes more acidic due to the large amount of lactic acid
e. Signs and symptoms of dehydration, poor skin turgor (decreased skin elasticity), crown
and sunken eyes of dry mucous membranes and weight loss
f. Changes in vital signs, rapid pulse and respiration, blood pressure drops, fast heart rate, the
patient is very weak, causing decreased consciousness
g. Diuresis reduced (oliguria to anuria)
Usually diarrhea occurs lasting 2-3 days. However, diarrhea can occur at a rate longer than that.
The management of acute diarrhea is as follows:
1) Rehydration as the top priority of therapy
There are 2 things that are most important to note in order to provide fast and accurate
rehydration, namely:
a. The type of liquid to be used

b. The amount of fluid to be given

2) Diabetic
For children under 1 year old and children over 1 year old weighing less than 7 kg, type of
food:
a. Milk (breast milk, formula milk containing low lactose and unsaturated fats)
b. Semi-solid food (porridge or solid food (rice team))
c. Special milk that is adjusted to the abnormalities found.
3) Medicines given to children with diarrhea are:
a. Anti-secretory drugs (acetosal, chlorpromazine)
b. Spasmolytic drugs (papaverin, extractbelladone)
c. Antibiotics (given when the cause of infection has been identified)

So Daire must be taken seriously. We must recognize the signs and symptoms of tuberculosis so
that we all avoid dangerous diseases. I thank you for the attention of all of you, I apologize if in
delivering the material so fast, there was a lot of mistake that I did, because we studied to be
better in the next day. for the last, I say Good Morning.
