    1. Log into SONIA at http://sonia.curtin.edu.au/soniaonline/


    2. Ensure that you select Physiotherapy

    3. Select your role as ‘Student’
    4. Login using your Curtin ID and password

    5. Select the DOCUMENTS section.

    6. Your DOCUMENTS page will look something like this:

    7. Click on the + sign to add a new document or spreadsheet

    8. Click on Browse to upload your Log Book

    9. Type your name, block number then log book in the DESCRIPTION section (ie: Bloggs,
    Joe_Block 4_Log_Book)

    10. In the CATEGORY drop-down menu select ‘Log Book’

    11. Select ADD

    12. Your log book will now be uploaded. To be able to view your Log Book click on the Log Book
    icon

    13. You will now be able to view all your Log Books
