The pros and cons of the rural life

We have all heard about living in the country before. However, living in the county, also known
as the rural life, has its advantages and disadvantages. Today we will talk about the pros and
cons of the rural life.

The rural life has many advantages such as: its Living space, as its very spacious, comfortable,
airy and has a lot of beautiful natural surroundings. Life there is way more relaxing than living in
the stress of a city. It’s also very clean, it doesn’t have any air pollution nor industrial waste
which keeps the environment unpolluted causing the people to live a healthy life with very little
diseases. Moreover, life in the country is quite peaceful as its usually very quiet, you can
experience a good amount of peace there. Furthermore, the food that the villagers eat is
always fresh, it has very high hygiene as it’s mainly self-sufficiency, so there is less
contaminated food and food of unknown origin. What’s more is that the country has a very
friendly community, the people in the country side are very kind and friendly. They’re always
ready to help and lend you a hand.

On the other hand, the rural life also has some disadvantages. In distant rural areas, the roads
are extremely bad and transportation is quite difficult. There’re also very few job opportunities,
unless you’re already retired or have a remote job like trading, or great farming skills, it might
be hard for you to make a living in the country. It also has some very limited access to health
care, because even if there’s a good doctor in town, hospitals are very far away and hard to
reach. Furthermore, you might find the quiet life of the country side rather boring. It doesn’t
really have any spectacular cultural events nor an exciting night life like the city. Not to mention
that You may not even be able to enjoy some of your favorite activities, as there may not be a
properly equipped place to practice your hobby or a group of people who share your interests.
On top of that, to live in the country side you will need a lot of hard work, especially if you
decide to farm. From taking care of your crops to chopping firewood, sleeping in will be a thing
from the past. Last but not least, isolation. When you’re in the country you will be far away
from everything, everywhere and everyone else. You won’t really have a social life; it will be
difficult for you to visit your city friends or for them to visit you.

quite then the rural life is right up your street. But it you will have to prepare yourself for a lot
