My Lovely House: The House that I know well is my real house in Egypt cause I’ve been living there for 16 years till now. I really love it because I lived there with my little brother before he dies. Well, that’s not the only reason but one of them, the 2nd is that I lived all my childhood there, 3rd is that I with my grandma until she died years ago. I love because I feel the love and warmth inside when I enter it after a long time, I learned how to love back there, well not enough with talking about now, let’s talk about the origin of the house. As long as I e=remember it was my grandparents house, they owned it, now my father and uncle own it. It has 3 floors, 3 apartments and a roof. The 1st floor is my grandparent’s apartment, the 2nd is my uncle’s apartment and the 3rd is my lovely apartment. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 Livingroom, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony. I always used to play with my siblings on the roof a lot back there. I have always wondered what’s home until I read this quote: What is home? A roof to keep out of rain? Four walls to keep out the wind? Floor to keep out the cold? Yes, but home is more than that. It is the laugh of a baby, the verse of mother, the strength of a father, warmth of loving hearts, lights from happy eyes, kindness, loyalty, comradeship. Home is first school … foe=r young ones, where they learn what’s right, what’s good, what’s kind, where they go for when they are hurt or sick; where joy is shared and sorrow erased; where fathers and mothers are respected and loved, where children are wanted; whar=ere are the simplest food is good enough for kings because it’s earned; where money is not as important as loving-kindness; where even the tea kettle whistles from Happiness. That is home! -Ernestine Schumann-Heink. Home is where your heart and soul belongs to. That’s why I love my home. Thanks for reading!
