Greetings!

As your partner in preparing our children to become competent individuals, on behalf of the
Eastern Pangasinan Agricultural College, the undersigned requests your good office to allow our
school’s Senior High School Department to conduct a Walk-Through Graduation in some
barangays here in our town. By doing so, our graduates and their parents will be able to feel the
happiness of receiving the fruits of their toil, amidst the pandemic that we are currently facing.
With this regard, SHS teachers involved in the said activity are assuring you that they will strictly
adhere to the IATF health protocols to prevent the transmission of the disease. Said activity will
be held starting on the dates specified on the attached document.

In addition, we also would like to inform you that we will conduct an Orientation to the Barangay
Officials and parents regarding the Learning Delivery Modality (LDM) chosen by the school
starting tomorrow, August 12, 2020 (Please see attached schedule). This is in preparation to the
upcoming Opening of School Year 2020-2021 which is scheduled on August 24, 2020 as per
announcement of the Department of Education Secretary.

2021 will be on August 24, 2020 in all schools nationwide. And in this “New Normal”, the
department has provided various Learning Delivery Modalities to cater to the different needs of
learners.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that we will come and visit your barangay to conduct an
orientation to the barangay officials, SK officials and parents of all our learners regarding the
Modular Distance Learning as the school’s chosen Learning Delivery Modality. The scheduled
date in your barangay is tomorrow, August 12, 2020 at 9:00 in the morning. Furthermore, may
we request for the use of your barangay hall for this purpose.

I am truly honored and pleasured to warmly congratulate the Senior High School Graduates of Eastern
Pangasinan Agricultural College of batch 2020. Today we reminisce how you have proven that there are no
big obstacles for dreams that are way bigger. With your own unique ways and skills, you have defied all
odds and are now at your best versions. But I would like to remind you that learning is a continuous
process. We never actually stop learning and growing. After you leave your dear Alma Mater, you will enter
once again an institution where you will be choosing the path that will lead you to greatness. I am now
encouraging you, my dear graduates, to continue studying and learning. Keep to yourselves the
understanding that there is always a room for new knowledge and improvement. Now, as you go on writing
your own future, never forget to uphold the characters and values that your parents and your dear alma
mater imprinted within your very soul. Always dream to be a blessing to your family, to your friends, to your
community, and to your own country then this will be the best definition of your own success. Despite of the
fiasco around us, let us never stop thanking our almighty God for each day we are able to wake up to
