SUBJECT: SCHEDULE OF THE SCHOOLS IN WATCHING AND SECURING THE
MATERIALS IN THE TUMBA TUMBA: FLORAL AND TRADITIONAL
DATE: October 30 – November 1, 2022

1. This office announces the schedule for each school to take part in the Tumba-
Tumba: Floral and Traditional Year 2022.
2. School Heads are instructed to choose who among his or her staffs to take part
in securing the area (Decorations, Holy Images, Indigenous and recyclable
materials, and the likes), as agreed upon during the emergency meeting held on
October 27, 2022.
3. Araling Panlipunan School Coordinators are requested to give their time and
lend indigenous and recyclable materials on October 28, 2022, at the District
Office from 8:30 to 4:00 PM to be used as additional decorations for the said
activity.
4. Also, all male teachers and nationally funded utility workers are requested to be
at the District Office for the setting up of the TumbaTumba.
5. San Narciso Elementray School will be the venue.
6. The assigned school will not leave the place until the next in the schedule came
in.
7. Attached herewith is the school’s schedules for the said activity.
