Apartment Check List

Please list below any items which require cleaning or repairs and also notify
existing damages to the unit, such as floor stains, even if no repairs are expected. Any
amendments to this list must be submitted to the relevant personnel in writing within two
weeks from the date this check list is received from the Housing Manager of the GEV. If
the Manager has not provided this list by any chance, the tenant should complete and
submit it to the management within 14 days after moving into the unit.

If the tenant(s) fail to submit this check list within the time determined by the relevant department
at the point of move-in, or there exist any items or damages to the unit requiring cleaning or repairs at the
point of move-out as described above, the tenants will be held accountable for the results, and thus, cleaning
or repairing will be implemented at the tenants’ expenses. Moreover, the tenant(s) cannot set up a claim
against the GEV not only to their failure to submitting the list in the given time as a justification but also to
the reimbursement of any charge caused by the tenants and/or in the tenants’ accommodation during the
residence permitted by the relevant personnel or department of the GEV.
