Daily vehicle inspection checklist.

What should be checked before driving the vehicle okay MALFUNCTION FAILURE
Check fuel level

Check for fluid leaks: engine oil, gearbox oil, fuel, coolant.
Engine oil level
Brake league level
Water/coolant level
Windshield wiper fluid.
Seats, adjustment and control
Seat belt. Review all.
Handbrake, try with small acceleration.
Pedal brake, try soft start.
Clutch and gearbox
Mirrors, cleaning and adjustment.
Doors and door locks.
Direction, test gently.
Check correct operation of lights, front, rear, brakes, crossing, license
plate.
Review of dashboard indicators, oil, voltage, temperature.
Check operation of the Horn/Cornet.
Hydraulic system, check for leaks.
Check condition of the battery, charge indicator, cables, terminals.

Visual inspection of tires, abnormal wear, lack of air pressure.


Inspect details on the body, dents, scratches, report defects.

Clean and check windshields, report excessive fractures, breaks and


impacts.
Adjust the mirrors to the correct position, clean them.
After starting the engine, listen carefully for abnormal sounds from
mechanisms and belts.
When starting the vehicle, apply the brakes at low speed to verify their
correct operation.

Vehicle faults must be reported immediately.
