• A well defined strategic locations for washing hands has been finalised. Adequate quantity of hand
sanitisers / liquid soaps shall be provided at those designated location. Availability of adequate water
should also be ensured also.
• All the team members and construction workers shall be encourage to use face masks.
• No visitors should be entertained at site.
• Introduction of new work force shall be restricted with immediate effect till further advice.
• Team members of various stack holders shall be encourage for restricted movement / self quarantine /
self isolation as per their convenience.
• Thermal Gun shall be provided at strategic locations in the entire project area for thermal screening of
all persons.
• Adequate no of Security personnel shall be deployed at the strategic locations to ensure the screening
of all the workers and staffs at site has been maintained religiously. Security personnel shall also supervise
the preventive protocol as per Guideline.
• Any person who is detected temperature above 100 degree Farenheit should not be allowed to enter
the premises. This is applicable for everyone including all staff.
• Awareness programme for protective measures against COVID - 19 shall be carried out in small groups
at different locations on daily basis,

• The modus operandi of conducting various programmes like Tool Box meeting etc. shall be fabricated a
such a fashion that a number of construction workers attending the programme at a particular location
shall be restricted to 15 only. It shall be also ensured that a minimum distance of one (01) metre shall be
maintained in between two adjacent participants.
• For the each project (Grand One / Sunshine One), only one (01) entry and exist point shall be allowed.
• The implementation status is to be reviewed by Safety representative of CQRA, and MDM, and is to be
tracked / monitored, by ESG personnel of Shriram Group , under the overall Administrative and
Technical guidance of 3 (three) Project Managers of Sunshine One, Grand One, and Road
Infrastructure, of Shriram Group.
