Re: Garbage Segregation and Collection

Dear Tenant,

It has come to our attention that Essel Park Homeowners Association Inc.’s
garbage collectors have refused to pick up your garbage due to non-segregation. In light
of this, please be advised that we have already requested our staff to pick up the
garbage and dispose them properly.

Please be reminded that per existing rules of the subdivision, biodegradable and
non-biodegradable waste shall be segregated in different garbage cans, a violation of
which will prompt the garbage collectors not to collect. Accordingly, we have already
instructed our staff to label the two garbage cans at the apartment for segregation.

The two garbage cans shall be for the exclusive use of our apartment tenants. So,
I instructed our staff to relocate the garbage cans right in front of the apartment to
prevent others from using them. We also provided lids for the garbage cans to deter
stray cats.

We urge your strict compliance with the subdivision rules, more particularly
with regard to the segregation of waste, for your own convenience. We recommend that
you practice segregation inside your apartments prior to throwing your waste in the
garbage drums. Proper waste management is everybody’s responsibility.
