* Cancelled Operations Charge: applies when camera services/rental have been

cancelled after being ordered. Expro mobilized but equipment not yet shipped and
the client elects not to run our service. In the event that this were to happen, the
client is responsible for the charge and all direct expenses incurred by Expro on
behalf of the client.

** If equipment not used during 6 days from date of arrival in country of destination,
standby daily rental charges will be applied from and including 7 th day till a day
before operations start. The same charge will applied if equipment is not used for
longer than 6 days after well intervention without starting demobilization process.
