TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 This rental agreement shall begin prior to the mobilization of the equipment.
 The equipment shall be located at agreed destination of operation and shall not be removed from that
location without the Lessor’s consent.
 Fuel shall be provided be and for the account of the Lessee.
 Equipment operator and maintenance personnel are provided by the Lessor.
 Lessee shall not permit the equipment to be used by person not authorized by Lessor.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

 The rental fee is based on a rate per hour, guaranteed of (8) hours a day.
 Overtime fees will be charge accordingly.
 In addition to rental fee, the Lessee shall require to pay a deposit, fifty percent (50%) of contract price
prior to mobilization of rented equipment.
 Mobilization and demobilization fees of the equipment will be on the Lessee’s account.
 For the issuance of Official Receipt, an additional 12% VAT shall be added.
  LESSOR shall invoice the client on a weekly basis and all invoices are due upon receipt. In the event, the
LESSEE failed to make a payment when due, an additional charge shall be incurred.
 Payment can be made by cash, direct bank transfer or cheque.
