1. Total or partial losses or any of the components of equipment whatsoever caused is totally hirer’s liability. The
equipment can only be used by skilled personnel. If the equipment is damaged due to misuse, the repair of the
equipment will be charged on actual. It is not allowed to open the unit.
2. The hirer will be responsible for the safety of the equipment, for its appropriate use and its return to the owner at
the termination of hire in the same condition, as the equipment was when hired out.
3. The hirer shall not sublet the equipment or any part of it without the owner’s prior consent in writing nor will the
equipment be moved from the site to which it was first delivered without the prior consent in writing.
4. No time will be charged if the equipment is broken or under repairs provided, however, a notice of such
breakdown is to be reported to the owner promptly in writing. During the breakdown, the period owner wound not
be responsible for any replacement equipment. However, if the manufacturer’s investigation of defect confirms the
defect is due to wrong operating methods then the hirer is responsible to pay for the repairs and/or including the
daily charges up to the period of return to the owner.
5. In case of any faulty or damaged equipment they shall be replaced immediately and equipment would-be
owner’s complete responsibility. Any un-satisfactory working ability of the equipment or any of its parts must
